Nurse - Grove Green Surgery

Id like to leave feedback for the lovely Nurse who carried out my smear test today. She was so sweet, kind, caring and gentle. I dont think ive had a smear in the past that hasnt been painful, but I didnt know Id even had it done. Never thought Id be leaving feedback on a smear test but wanted to show my appreciation for her lovely gentle nature. Big thanks :)

Great service

Very pleased with this surgery, great parking facilities, not too hard to get hold of them on the phone.
I walked in there recently worried about my baby and was given an appointment in 2 minutes!
Very reasonable and relaxed doctor with good interpersonal skill.
Nurse also very efficient and friendly.
Usually run to time.
I don't have any particular health issues, but for my basic check ups and family health needs I have been very pleased,

Great service and represents the NHS well!!

We moved to Grove Green surgery as we were not happy with our practice we were with since their change of premises . We are not regular visitors of a GP, but we had such a negative experience with our old practice, which led us to lose faith in the NHS, but since moving and experiencing a well managed surgery has installed faith again in the NHS !! Such lovely friendly reception staff who go above and beyond to help!!

excellent surgery which I do not use very often but when I do service excellent staff lovely good team work keep up the good work you are appreciated.
